Chef in Residence: Spring 2025

$250 | Members: $125 per person

We’re honored to debut our Chef in Residence experience with Chef Walter Abrams, an alum of The French Laundry. His menu, Flavors of Japan, is an inspired exploration of Japanese cuisine, from pristine sashimi and sushi rolls to decadent udon noodles with the legendary Snake River Farms beef.

Every bite is designed to showcase our wines—proving, once again, that Burgess belongs at every table, with every cuisine, in every moment worth celebrating. This experience in only available through May 2025.

The Grove at Burgess

$75 per person

The Grove at Burgess tastings is a great way to introduce guests to Burgess wines. Inspired by the casual elegance of a Provençal chateau, you’ll be welcomed as our guest to taste four current Burgess releases, including our flagship Sorenson Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. The Grove at Burgess is an al fresco tasting in our pollinator grove. A cheese and charcuterie plate is available for an additional $25 per person.

 One tasting fee will be refunded for every three bottles purchased.

The Manor House

$75 per person

The Manor House is a great way to introduce guests to Burgess wines. Inspired by the casual elegance of a Provençal chateau, you’ll be welcomed as our guest to taste four current Burgess releases, including our flagship Sorenson Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. The Manor House is an indoor tasting. A cheese and charcuterie plate is available for an additional $25 per person.

 One tasting fee will be refunded for every three bottles purchased.

The Founder's Experience

$150 per person

The Founder’s Experience is our grand tasting designed for wine enthusiasts and collectors. A dedicated host will take you on guided tour of our wine cellar, complete with our hand-carved oak foudres and a barrel tasting. You’ll take a guided tour of our pollinator grove and the adjacent St. Andrews Vineyard, then we’ll head to The Founder’s Room, our speakeasy and wine library lined with old vintages. Along with your cheese and charcuterie pairing, you’ll taste four of our current releases, including our flagship Sorenson Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, plus a taste of Cabernet Sauvignon from our collection of older vintages.

Member-Exclusive Bottle Service

Whether it’s your first visit to Burgess or your fourth, we invite our active members and their guests to enjoy attentive bottle service in our Veranda or Founder’s Room. With your bottle purchase you’ll also enjoy a cheese and charcuterie plate.

Vineyard Immersion Experience

$350 per person

Guests will embark on a journey through Napa Valley, exploring two iconic Burgess vineyards that embody promiscuous and innovative farming methods—all from the luxurious comfort of a Lexus SUV. A Burgess Estate Ambassador will personally pick you up from your hotel.

Starting at our historic St. Andrews Vineyard, guests will enjoy a privately guided tour of our meticulously cultivated vineyards before heading to our Clos Abeille Vineyard for a private tasting of our limited-production, single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons. Following this, we will return to our Estate for a vintage retrospective tasting in our Speakeasy. Guests will then be chauffeured to their next winery within Napa Valley or back to their hotel.

FAQs For Visiting

Do You Allow Children?
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate guests under the age of twenty-one.

 

Do You Allow Pets?
We appreciate your interest in bringing your pet, however, we request that only service animals are brought to our Estate. We have implemented this policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.


Do You Waive Tasting Fees?
One tasting fee is waived with every three bottles purchased per person.
